**Experience**:3-5 Years
- Conduct in-depth user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Plan and execute a variety of research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
- Analyze research data and synthesize findings into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to integrate user research into the product development process.
- Advocate for the user by effectively communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design process by creating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in UX research, preferably in IT product or IT services companies.
- Demonstrated experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing research projects and their impact on product development.
- Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous learning

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
