Job Title**:Online Bidder** - Web and Mobile App Development

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Bid on projects on platforms like **Upwork, Freelancer, and others.**:

- Create persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client needs and project specifications to provide accurate bids.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
- Collaborate with the development team to create project plans and estimates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win situation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed specified targets for **project acquisition and revenue generation.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience as an Online Bidder** in web and mobile app development projects.
- Familiarity with platforms such as **Upwork, Freelancer, and similar sites.**:

- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills.**:

- Ability to understand client requirements and provide accurate bids.
- Track record of successfully winning and delivering mobile app development projects.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to **work from the office** with a **5-day workweek.**
