We are seeking a talented and proactive Online Bidder/Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our animation studio by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and securing projects through online platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant channels.
- Create compelling bids, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate our animation studio's value proposition to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize profitability for the animation studio.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and project progress to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder, Business Development Executive, or similar role, preferably within the animation or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and their respective processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools/software.

**Salary**:
**20k-30k per month**( without deduction ) with add-on commission which will be based on achieved target/deal.
