We are looking for a passionate and creative chef to join our team and help craft unique, high-quality dishes that delight both traditional and adventurous palates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook **veg & non-veg dishes** with a focus on South Indian staples and fusion recipes.
- Innovate new menu items and fusion combinations.
- Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and portion control.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, if required.
- Work with management to plan seasonal menus and special offers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** as a chef in Indian cuisine (South Indian preferred).
- Hands-on experience in **non-veg gravies, curries, and special dishes** is a plus.
- Creative flair for **fusion/modern recipes**.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced cloud kitchen/QSR environment**.
- Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
