**Job Title**: Sales Assistant - Fabrication Manufacturing

**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist in responding to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to track order status and delivery schedules.
- **Sales Support**:

- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage and organize sales documentation, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
