**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients within the automotive sector, particularly OEMs and tier 1 suppliers.
- Engage with existing clients to expand relationships and drive additional sales opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and offline marketing.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and events.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, including lead generation, prospect status, and sales pipeline updates.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of tier 1 design and development processes is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and an understanding of digital marketing tools.
