**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and consultations, coordinating with clients and visa consultants to ensure efficient time management.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized, neat, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and other office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the visa consultancy team by assisting with document collection, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of client information and documentation, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the consultancy team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office records.
- Resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an administrator, receptionist, or in a customer service role, preferably in a consultancy or service-oriented industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers).
- A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus, but not required.
