**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee general office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Support HR and accounts team with administrative requirements.
- Manage courier services, housekeeping staff, and office maintenance.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an administrative officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
