
Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Communication and Reception**: Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining files, both physical and electronic, and ensuring confidentiality.
- **Office Management**: Managing supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensuring the office environment is functional and organized.
- **Support to Staff**: Providing administrative assistance to employees, including HR tasks and travel arrangements.
- **Financial Tasks**: Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking.
- **Liaison**: Acting as a point of contact between departments and external parties.
- **Event Planning**: Organizing internal and external events, such as conferences and meetings.
Additional Responsibilities:
- **Data Entry**: Entering data into spreadsheets and databases.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff or visiting clients.
- **HR Support**: Assisting with onboarding, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
- **Project Support**: Providing administrative support to various projects.
- **Research and Reporting**: Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
