Business Devlopment Executive

This is a full-time role as a Business Development Executive at MindSpace. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with existing and potential clients.
**Job Description**:
- Creating a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage the sales funnel by proactively identifying, tracking, and facilitating successful closures.
- Prospect potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and indirect methods such as networking.
- Proactively hunt new business opportunities outside the existing or traditional client base through market and account research, sales events, networking, vendor events, and other programs.
- Preferred experience of bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, and government portals like CPP and GEMS.
- Ongoing client relationship management to ensure the potential value of the customer is maximized and customer delight is maintained on a long-term basis.
- Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
- Describe products to the customers who respond to queries and close sales.
- Monitor and report on all sales activities. Prepare the reports and maintain them.
- Communicate and present effectively to all the client levels for MindSpace Software Technologies Private Limited.
Technology:
- The position demands an entrepreneurial-minded individual with high energy and a strong motivation to sell (we like increasing numbers).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing/SEO services will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- This Job will require extensive travel local and outstation.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing)
Experience required: 1 to 4 years.
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
