**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue **new business opportunities** in the IT/software domain.
- Develop and implement effective **sales strategies** to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate leads through **networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, and referrals**.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver **presentations, proposals, and demos** to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and marketing) to align sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of **sales pipeline, forecasts, and client communications** using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies**.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet business goals.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing, IT, or related field** (MBA preferred).
- **3-6 years of experience** in Business Development / Sales in the **IT industry**.
- Strong understanding of **IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation**.
- Proven track record of **lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue achievement**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
