**Key Responsibilities**- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, clients, and prospects.- Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.- Maintain customer records, update CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups.- Explain company’s products/services clearly and professionally.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to achieve retention.- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and collections.- Resolve customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a Telecaller/Customer Care Executive/Sales Caller.- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (local language preferred).- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
