**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Culinary Preparation**
- Plan and prepare daily meals and menus based on client preferences, including dishes from a variety of global cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Japanese, Indian, French, Thai, Middle Eastern, etc.).
- Accommodate special diets (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, keto, halal, kosher, organic) and food allergies.
- Create innovative, seasonal, and nutritionally balanced meals using high-quality, fresh ingredients.

**Menu Planning & Sourcing**
- Develop weekly or monthly menu plans tailored to the client's tastes and nutritional goals.
- Source and purchase fresh ingredients from trusted suppliers or local markets.
- Maintain an inventory of pantry items and ensure timely restocking.

**Kitchen & Food Hygiene**
- Maintain a spotless, organized kitchen environment according to the highest health and safety standards.
- Ensure proper food storage and sanitation at all times.
- Comply with all local food safety regulations and household protocols.

**Client Interaction & Customization**
- Consult regularly with the client or household manager to receive feedback and update menus accordingly.
- Provide meals for special events, guests, or entertaining needs as requested.
- Ensure discretion and privacy in all interactions and culinary services.

**Travel & Event Support** _(if applicable)_
- Travel with the client as needed, managing culinary needs on yachts, private jets, or during vacations.
- Coordinate with domestic staff or event teams for private functions, formal dinners, or celebrations.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree from a recognized institution preferred.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a professional chef, with at least 2 years in a private household or VIP setting.
- Proven expertise in a wide range of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to create customized menus and adapt quickly to client feedback.
- Valid driver’s license and passport (if travel is required).
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent).
