**Job Title**: Chef de Cuisine
**Location**:
- **Temporary**: Sakinaka, Mumbai
- **Permanent**: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹10 LPA
**Experience**: Minimum 10 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Develop and standardize recipes for large-scale food production.
- Manage kitchen staff, train team members, and maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Plan and execute cost-effective menus while maintaining high standards.
- Monitor inventory, manage procurement, and reduce food wastage.
- Work closely with the management to improve operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **10 years of experience** in bulk or central kitchens.
- Expertise in handling **multi-cuisine** operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
6 days a week (with flexibility based on operational needs).
