**Mode of work** - Work from office (rotational shifts)

**Job Description -**
- Receiving inbound calls and greeting the caller queries
- To understand the query and route the call to concerned department/s
- Inbound domestic voice process (Bengali and Hindi) - no sales target
- Honors Graduate in any field (including technical) is mandatory
- Aptitude towards customer care with good listening skills
- Energetic, presence of mind and enthusiastic attitude
- Ready to work in weekly rotational shift (day/eve/night)
