About the team

What you will be doing
- Providing production support
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues
- Assisting in daily coordination of various assigned projects
- Handling Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans, and Operational Readiness procedures

What you bring
We are looking for someone with:

- 3+ years' experience supporting a high availability publicly facing product with 24/7 uptime and 99.9%+ SLA
- Programming Languages: C/C++, Python, Java, Shell Scripting, Perl, etc. (ability to read code)
- Operating System: RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Linux Commands, MS Windows
- Database: Oracle, MS SQL - Joins, Views, CRUD operations
- Cloud: Azure
- Switching Technologies: IST Switch, Narada, Base 24, Tandem, Sparrow (any one)
- Monitoring Tools: Splunk, Ctrl M, DynaTrace, NetXMS, App Dynamics, Nagios (any one)
- Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail

- Knowledge of the financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
