About the team:
In today's competitive private equity market, organizations must deliver strong returns while meeting reporting requirements. There is increasing pressure to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that supports growth and performance.

What you will be doing:

- Provide technical support for software production processing.
- Detect, diagnose, and report problems.

What you bring:

- 5-9 years of experience in HPE Nonstop, TACL commands, and Tandem for production support.
- Secondary Skills: Unix, SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Experience with automation production support.
- Experience in handling incidents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including one full night shift per month.
- Shift timings:

- Shift 1 (Morning Shift) - 06:30 am IST - 03:30 pm IST
- Shift 2 (Afternoon Shift) - 02:00 pm IST - 11:00 pm IST
- Shift 3 (Night Shift) - 10:00 pm IST - 07:00 am IST

This position requires 24x7 support as part of the MPS - EPI Production Support Team. Shifts are rotational.

Key Skills: Unix, SQL, Shell Scripting

Secondary Skill Set: IST Switch / Any Switch / Payments Product Knowledge and Batch Processing
