We have a 24x7 DCS group dedicated to production/Application support.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Providing support to clients and fixing job scripts for different service requests.
- Offering technical support for a software production processing environment.
- Detecting, diagnosing, and reporting related problems.
- Offering consultation to internal users regarding software capabilities and use.
- Escalating incidents, problems, or known errors as needed to ensure timely resolution.
