Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Trainer to design and deliver engaging, effective training programs for both internal teams and external clients. This role is essential in driving product adoption, improving user proficiency, and ensuring a consistent understanding of product features, updates, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and educator, capable of translating complex product functionality into clear, accessible learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in product training, instructional design, or a similar role.
  • Experience delivering training to both internal employees and external clients.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or enterprise software is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in training tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Zoom, MS Teams, Articulate, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Design & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver product training sessions for internal teams (e.g., sales, support, implementation) and external clients.
  • Create and maintain training materials including presentations, user guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Tailor training content to suit different user groups, roles, and levels of product familiarity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, customer success, and support teams to stay updated on product changes and user needs.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve content and delivery.

Onboarding & Enablement

  • Lead product onboarding sessions for new employees and clients.
  • Conduct refresher and advanced training sessions as needed.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update training documentation in the knowledge base or LMS.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of training content across platforms.

Performance Tracking

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Report on training outcomes and recommend improvements.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time.
  • Limited travel may be required depending on team needs.
  • May require rotational shifts or on-call support depending on business needs.
  • Flexibility to operate in a global organization.
