**About the position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support client requests and fix job scripts for different service requests.
- Provide technical support for software production processing.
- Identify, diagnose, and report related problems.
- Assist programming staff in analyzing software amends, performance, and resource consumption.
- Offer consultation to internal users regarding software capabilities and use.
- Follow escalation procedures, when necessary, to resolve incidents, problems, or known errors in a timely manner.

**What we are looking for**:

- Service Delivery Analyst with experience in providing 24x7 ASP support services using Unix and shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve day-to-day problems.
- Great interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
