**About the team**

**What you will be doing**

Involving in Production Support
Handles inquiries and resolves issues.
Assists in daily coordination of various assigned projects.
Handles Environmental Impact Analysis, Install Plans and Operational Readiness procedures

**What you bring**:
3+ years’ experience supporting a high availability publicly facing product with 24/7 uptime and 99.9%+ SLA.
Programming Languages: C/C++,Python, Java, Shell Scripting, Perl, etc ( read code)
Operating System: RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), Linux Commands, MS Windows
Database: Oracle, MS SQL - Joins, Views, CRUD operations
Cloud : Azure
Switching Technologies - IST Switch, Narada, Base 24, Tandem, Sparrow (any one)
Monitoring Tools - Splunk, Ctrl M, DynaTrace, NetXMS, App Dynamics, Nagios (any one)

Effectively prioritize deliverables and manage workload to meet deadlines.
The ability to multi-task and work across a range of projects and issues with various timelines and priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
