Bachelor’s degree in computer science /IT.

1-2 years of experience in customer handling and issue resolution.

Understanding of ERP systems, common modules (e.g., sales,purchas,finance, supply chain, HR), and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with software-related support tasks, such as data migration, user onboarding, and resolving software errors.

Ability to use helpdesk or ticketing systems effectively.

Familiarity with SOPs related to customer support processes, such as escalation protocols, documentation requirements, and follow-up procedures.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

Skill in managing multiple support tickets while adhering to response and resolution timeframes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
