**Designation**: Customer Support Executive

**About the Role**:
In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind our building material product sales pipeline. You'll work collaboratively with our Business Development Executives (BDEs) to identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our range of building material products. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients, playing a crucial role in converting their interest into successful sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts and the BDE team.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their project requirements, material specifications, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and present **customized** product solutions and packages tailored to client needs.
- Prepare comprehensive quotes and proposals outlining product details, specifications, quantities, and costs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between potential clients and the BDE team for further sales development and technical discussions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of targeted sales campaigns for our building material product lines.
