**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer support or service role (freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
