We are now looking for a Female Partner to lead our Rentals Vertical in Bangalore.

This is a pure 50:50 profit-sharing partnership (no fixed salary), ideal for a motivated and people-oriented professional who thrives in the field and takes ownership of results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle rental client inquiries independently from start to closure
- Schedule and conduct property inspections with tenants and owners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Take full ownership of rental transactions and deal closures
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client servicing
- Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory)
- Native of Bangalore strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in dealing with people
- Prior experience in rentals preferred but not essential
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel within Bangalore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
