**Role: Business Partner - Video Marketing & Real Estate Sales**

We are looking for a **highly presentable, fluent English-speaking female professional in her 30s** to join Merchant Realtors as a **50:50 business partner**. This is a **full-time, long-term opportunity** for a dynamic and ambitious woman who is passionate about real estate, digital content creation, and high-value property sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Independently shoot and present** high-quality video content showcasing primary and secondary properties across Bangalore.
- **Engage with high-net-worth clients (HNIs), investors, and NRIs** through video marketing and in-person meetings.
- Develop and implement **innovative marketing strategies** to enhance online visibility and drive sales.
- Represent Merchant Realtors with **professionalism, confidence, and a deep understanding of luxury real estate.**
- Manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth property transactions.
