Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial-minded marketing partner who will independently oversee, manage, and execute all marketing, lead generation, and online reputation management efforts across our verticals. This is not a conventional job - it’s a long-term opportunity for someone passionate about scaling brands and creating meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Spectrum Marketing Leadership
- Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing strategies across verticals
- Ensure brand consistency, visibility, and engagement across digital platforms
2. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution
- Build, manage, and optimize lead generation funnels tailored to each service vertical
- Design targeted campaigns to attract and convert prospects into clients
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor, manage, and enhance AtoZ VirtuaL’s digital reputation across platforms
- Handle reviews, client feedback loops, and public responses proactively
4. Brand Building & Positioning
- Develop creative strategies to position AtoZ VirtuaL as a trusted global service provider
- Highlight success stories, client impact, and service uniqueness
5. Market Research & Performance Analytics
- Study market trends and competition to refine strategies
- Track marketing performance through KPIs and adjust accordingly
6. Collaboration & Partnership Development
- Work closely with internal vertical leads and explore collaborative opportunities
- Represent AtoZ VirtuaL in strategic forums and partnership meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10+ years in strategic marketing, preferably in service-based businesses or startups
- Proven experience in lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management
- Excellent communication, networking, and leadership skills
- Proactive mindset with an ownership-driven, partnership-oriented attitude
- Ability to align marketing goals with overall business outcomes
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
