Seeking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager / Senior Executive to lead and grow our rental division in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in real estate sales and rentals, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end property rental operations (residential ) in Bangalore.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert rental leads through multiple channels (walk-ins, digital, referral networks).
  • Conduct site visits, property showings, and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Maintain and expand a database of property owners and tenants.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and ensure smooth closure of deals.
  • Coordinate with legal, documentation, and facility teams for seamless move-ins/outs.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancies.
  • Stay updated with local rental market trends, competitor offerings, and RERA compliance.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly rental performance reports to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or real estate diploma is an advantage.
  • 3+ years (Senior Executive) / 5+ years (Manager) experience in real estate rentals or sales, preferably in Bangalore.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Verbal/Written Language : Kannada( Mandatory)
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record in achieving rental targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of local real estate laws, documentation, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to independently handle clients and transactions.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours as per business needs.
