**Role Overview**
We are looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our executive team by managing communication, scheduling, and operational workflows. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Calendar Management: Own scheduling, meeting coordination, and agenda preparation.
- Project Tracking: Monitor key projects, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely execution.
- Travel & Bookings: Handle flights, hotels, and logistics with detailed itinerary planning.
- Communication & Follow-ups: Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on key tasks.
- Tech-Savvy Tasks: Conduct research, manage documentation, and optimise digital tools.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
