Role Summary
The Technical Product Manager will play a central role in bridging product vision and execution alongside designers and engineers. The TPM will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data to ensure technical clarity, unblock delivery, and uphold the highest standards of product quality. This is not a project coordinator role, it’s for someone who deeply understands software, someone who is highly skilled at breaking down work into manageable and actionable components, and works with humility, curiosity, and precision.

? Translate business and product strategy into technical requirements, tickets, and test scenarios
? Write acceptance criteria, data fl ows, and edge-case handling with engineering and UX partners

? Track feature delivery progress and support engineers in breaking down complex work
? Raise blockers early and provide product context to accelerate decisions
? Partner with QA to ensure thorough test coverage and release-readiness
? Document product and system behaviour in clear, reusable ways
Bring structure, service, and execution excellence
? Lead with a service mindset, your job is to bring clarity, not to control other teams’ output
? Collaborate with Lead PM, UX, and engineering to uphold fast and focused execution
? Champion simplicity in documentation, UX, and system behaviour
? Help align tech execution with product vision without overcomplicating or overprocessing
? Embrace iteration: done is better than perfect, but clarity and alignment are non-negotiable
What success looks like
? Engineers and UX designers are unblocked and clear on scope, requirements, and context
? Stories are build-ready, test-ready, and delivered with mínimal friction
? Technical documentation is consistent, current, and legible across teams
