**About Client**: A global professional management services partner, offering a range of management consultancy services for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies including software solutions, product management, IT infrastructure, etc.

**Work Experience**: 5+ Years in the relevant field.

**Experience Required**:

- Product Owner: 4+ years of product owner / business analyst/ product management or related experience
- Business Analysis: 0-3years of product owner / business analyst / product management or related experience
- Product Owner: 3+ years of professional experience developing Story Maps and User Journeys, authoring User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and operating in an Agile environment (principles, processes, and ceremonies)
- Business Analysis: 0-3 years of professional or academic experience developing Story Maps and User Journeys, authoring User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, and operating in an Agile environment (principles, processes, and ceremonies)

**Desired Experience**:

- Consumer driven health care, health care, and/or financial product experience preferred
- Experience working with Aha and Azure DevOps (AzDO)

**Responsibilities**:

- Embrace a ‘NIHITO’/’Outside In’ mentality by leading requirements discover meetings with clients and business stakeholders.
- Amplify the Voice of the Customer throughout product delivery through customer engagement in the creation of and validation of story maps and business requirements.
- Prioritize cross-functional collaboration by inviting other Product Owners, Lead Product Owners, business stakeholders, Agile development team members, Research & Development leadership, Product Management, and others invested parties to Story Mapping/User Journey review sessions.
- Prepare clear and rigorous requirements (Story Map, User Journeys, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria) for the Agile development team, based on client and stakeholder input and in alignment with the Lead Product Owner’s Epic, which may contain wireframe designs, process flow-charts, use cases, test case matrix, etc.
- Hold the Agile development team accountable on delivery commitments agreed to in release cycle planning.
- Delight the end-user with defect-quiet infrastructure through the validation of client and stakeholder use cases, participation in cross-functional team demos, and review of client and stakeholder UAT feedback.
- Accept Features, Stories and bugs as ‘Done’ within the Agile development team(s) and demonstrates working software to business stakeholders and clients.
- Partner with product operations in the creation of robust and clear client facing and internal product documentation
- Maintain backlog hygiene, relevance, and priority; including clearly defined top 5 bugs validated with business stakeholders and client support and service teams through consistent active engagement.
- Promote a client-centric culture through timely issue resolution and ticket response time by closely monitoring team backlogs and ticket queue, following bug prioritization guidelines, and raising incident severity levels in alignment with guidelines.
