**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Responding to Customer Queries**:

- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve product or service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or senior support.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Record customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Ensure follow-up with customers until their issues are fully resolved.
- Collect feedback post-resolution to gauge satisfaction.
- **Complaint Handling**:

- Listen to customer concerns empathetically.
- De-escalate angry or upset customers professionally.
- **Order and Billing Support**:

- Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, or explaining invoices.
- Help customers with cancellations, returns, or refunds.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on all company offerings.
- Explain product features, compatibility, and benefits to customers.
- **Cross-Selling and Upselling (if applicable)**:

- Suggest additional products/services that may benefit the customer.
- Promote loyalty programs or offers.
