**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and execution of growth strategies in alignment with company objectives, collaborating closely with product and marketing teams.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including leaders of different business functions, to ensure cohesion and backing for program enhancements and growth initiatives.
- Implement efficient processes and protocols to advance organizational objectives, promoting a culture of innovation and effectiveness within the team.
- Contribute to crafting and executing marketing strategies, balancing strategic branding efforts with lead generation, and nurturing activities to meet growth objectives.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making, assess marketing performance, and foster a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to optimize growth.

**What will you be working on?**
- Evaluate, ideate, and identify key growth levers for 10x growth of the business
- Own key strategic initiatives for the company and work with cross-functional teams to drive the key initiatives identified and deliver business growth
- Be a master of data - Derive data-driven insights, hits, and misses for the business
