Position: Program Associate – Revenue Stage Incubation (Climate COE) Who we areNSRCEL is the innovation and entrepreneurship hub at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). With over 2800+ ventures incubated, collectively valued at over $7.3 billion, NSRCEL is a cornerstone of India's entrepreneurial ecosystem. We are driven by the mission to foster innovation, empower entrepreneurs, and catalyse economic growth. Our impact spans across diverse sectors, supported by esteemed organizations like NITI Aayog, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NSRCEL's collaborative approach extends to partnerships with industry leaders such as ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, and Capgemini, enabling sector -focused incubation in Mobility, Fintech, Healthcare, Climate and more. What will you do?Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilitiesSupport internal team and program partners to complete all program milestones successfully.Coordinate with stakeholders of the program to build a sustainable relationshipConduct monitoring and evaluation surveysAnalyse and report data collected from entrepreneursOrganize and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions with mentors, outreach initiatives, and more, to deliver the best entrepreneurial experience for founders.Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the. needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs.Always ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partnersActively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfil program objectiveContribute to programs that support ventures in enterprise tech, fintech, SaaS, AI, and other emerging technology sectors, ensuring tailored solutions and value for entrepreneurs. RequirementsYou will ideally have:1+ years of experience in a similar role or startup ecosystemExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to contribute to program design and strong program execution disciplineA positive, detail -oriented mindset with the ability to interact with key stakeholders actively.Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks.A fast learner with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.A master's degree in management is a bonus
