The Program:
The Job: Vidyadhan Group Program Co-ordinator (North)

Manage the Vidyadhan operations for the group of North Indian states allocated including selection, training, and payment of scholarships. Also expected to build networks for the effective implementation of the program and building the brand of Vidyadhan locally.

▪ Manage Vidyadhan operations for the group of states allocated and ensure zero/ negligible dropout of students from studies;
▪ Develop a network of volunteers, partner organisations, key influencers and Government Officials in the state to help effective implementation of the program;
▪ Student engagement through the duration of their association with the program to assess and monitor personal, professional, and emotional well-being;
▪ Successful implementation of training and mentoring programs for the students of the states;
▪ Oversee data collection and reporting toward effective impact assessment and outcome reporting; and

▪ Guide the team of State Coordinators/ state Program Associates to achieve the targets for the group.

Requirements of the Job:
▪ Willingness and passion for making a difference to the needy;
▪ 15-20 years of experience in social sector fieldwork preferably in education;
▪ Good understanding of the education scenario in the state and a strong network;
▪ Having completed post-graduation in social work/sociology/rural management/allied

▪ Willingness to travel within the states as required; and
