**About PARIKSHE**
PARIKSHE is a rapidly growing ed-tech initiative reshaping how students in Karnataka prepare for SSLC (Class 10) and PUC (Class 11-12) Board Exams. With a learner-first approach and a strong focus on high-quality bilingual content, we’re expanding swiftly across YouTube, our mobile app, and both online and offline events.
As we scale, we’re looking for a driven Program Associate to join our team : someone who can lead communications, support program management, drive analytics, and ensure smooth planning and execution across initiatives.
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fulfill the following roles:
1. Digital Communications: Manage and coordinate digital communication with multiple stakeholders, including government authorities, partner organizations, and schools to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the program.
2. Parikshe Ambassador Program: Oversee the Parikshe Ambassador program, ensuring effective implementation and gathering feedback from schools to continually improve the program's impact.
3. Develop, implement, track, and optimize a strategic plan aligned with the scope and focus of the project.
4. Collaborate with SSK, district, block, and school-level authorities for the implementation of the program.
5. Build and sustain strategic partnerships with partner organizations.
6. Collect and analyze program data, ensuring the high quality of data collected through periodic checks, and write reports and case studies.
7. Measure and report the performance of all outreach campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
8. Conduct regular field visits to schools to understand the needs/challenges of stakeholders, gather insights/stories, and support the team in improving the program's effectiveness.
9. Conduct support sessions for facilitators across the state.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
11. Undertake effective monitoring and evaluation of the program to ensure successful outcomes.
12. Coordinate outreach and implementation efforts toward program goals.
13. Travel extensively to get schools to sign up and adopt PARIKSHE offerings.
**Qualifications and Experiential Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the education sector/NGO.
- Knowledge of Kannada (Read and Write) is a must.
- Knowledge of basic technical requirements for program delivery.
- Prior experience working with government stakeholders is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity and prior experience in building partnerships with NGOs are preferred.
**Skills and Competencies Required**:
- Ability to establish good working relationships with the team, government stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Ability to coordinate projects at scale and ensure successful implementation.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ownership and self-drive are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle change and work in a dynamic environment.
Location:Bengaluru. ( with regular travel to different districts of Karnataka when needed )
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
