**Job Overview**
The Program Associate is a critical component of Bhanzu's business operations, interfacing with trainers, sales, content, marketing, tech and operational units to drive efficiencies and performance. The role demands strategic planning and data-driven management to bolster our team's effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline processes and enhance productivity within business operations.
- Manage project timelines diligently, ensuring adherence to schedules and prompt execution of business strategies.
- Spearhead business meetings, presenting updates and orchestrating discussions to advance business goals.
- Managing third-party vendors for services necessary for the functioning of the business teams.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Adept at organizational and prioritization skills, with a proven time management and task delegation record.
- Skilled in market research and analysis.
- Good communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively at all organizational tiers.
- Proficiency with Excel for advanced data management and analysis.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
