Company Description Project Alpha is building India’s most impactful student development program helping young people grow in confidence, communication, self-awareness, and life skills. We’re looking for a Program Associate who is curious, organized, and excited about learning. Someone who enjoys understanding students, improving content, and supporting smooth program execution in schools. If you love psychology, learning design, youth development, and tinkering with ideas you’ll love this role. Your roles & responsibilities Support the creation & refinement of learning content (session plans, activities, assessments). Help maintain rubrics, student evaluations, and progress-tracking tools. Assist trainers with session prep, materials, and simple documentation. Coordinate smooth delivery of programs across schools (no sales or operations heavy-lifting). Research student behavior, learning science, and new educational trends. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to improve documentation, content quality, and internal workflows. Support orientations, showcases, and student touchpoints as needed. Requirements Have a degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science or similar Are curious, observant, and love learning new things Enjoy writing, organizing ideas, and breaking down concepts Are comfortable using AI for research, drafting, summarizing, and ideating Care about young people and want to create meaningful impact Are reliable, self-driven, and calm under pressure Want to work in a high-growth, mission-driven environment Benefits Deep exposure to learning design, youth psychology & program building Mentorship and structured growth A role where your work directly impacts students
