Program Associate

**Role Overview**:
As a Program Associate, you will be at the heart of driving impactful projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and optimizing workflows to achieve organizational goals. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to start their career in program management while contributing to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teams to plan, execute, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and other documentation using Excel.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide actionable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve bottlenecks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related materials.
- Adapt to the fast-paced startup environment by managing multiple priorities efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**:1-1.5 years in a professional environment, ideally with exposure to project or program management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (data handling, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a significant advantage.
