**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address the needs of our sales teams, including new hire training, product knowledge training, and skills-based training.

Training Delivery: Deliver training programs in a classroom setting, virtually, or through on-the-job coaching.

Needs Assessment: Analyze sales performance data to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.

Sales Performance Improvement: Work with sales leaders to develop strategies for improving sales performance, including coaching, mentoring, and training.

Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

**Your job responsibilities will include**:

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations
- Create and curate training material.
- Induct new salespeople into the process
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion
- Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.
- Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Experience in a sales position in a similar domain.
- Manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning. Excellent organizational skills, communication and presentation abilities Ability to measure performance, experience with building and developing teams.
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position Possession of certifications in training would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
