**Job Title: Sales Trainer (Soft Skills & Sales Training)**

**Experience: 2-3 years in SalesIndustry**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales team members.**

**-Develop and deliver training modules focused on:○ Sales techniques○ Customer handling○ Negotiation skills○ Soft skills (communication, time management, team coordination, etc.)**

**-Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments andfeedback.**

**-Support team leads with performance improvement strategies.**

**-Update training content as per changing product offerings or market trends.**

**Requirements**:
**-2-3 years of proven experience in a sales role (field or inside sales).Strong communication and presentation skills.**

**-Passion for coaching and team development.**

**-Basic knowledge of training methods and adult learning principles.**

**-Graduate in any discipline (training certification preferred but not mandatory).**
