**Designation - Sales Trainer**
**Location - Rohini West**
**Shift Timings - 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm**
**CTC - Up to 60K + Incentives**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs for new and existing sales staff.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and training opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, product training, and soft-skills development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to keep training content updated with the latest offerings, tools, and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, KPIs, and sales performance data.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales staff in the field and remotely.
- Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Consultative Selling).
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration and early productivity.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and competitor offerings to inform training content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales training.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
