**Job Title**: Sales Trainer
**Location**: Delhi, India
**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in training roles, preferably within the edtech industry
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field; additional certifications in training are a plus

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**:

- Design and implement comprehensive training curricula tailored to the needs of sales, customer service, and other departmental teams.
- Develop engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Employ role-playing, simulations, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences.
- **Performance Evaluation**:

- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, particularly within the edtech sector.
- Incorporate innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes and ROI to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role, with a focus on the edtech industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and departmental operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable training strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
