People Operations Partner

This role will have the opportunity to be a part of a transformational project of setting up the Global Shared Services in the region and make an impact through your work by responding to inquiries on a variety of People topics and working on various People-related processes and projects. You will gain exposure to all facets of HR helping you to grow your career in your position.This is a great opportunity to optimize existing processes and implement new technologies to acquire efficiencies supporting a global organization. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations and will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore (hybrid work). We are looking for someone with high energy, passion, and a collaborative background of successfully leading people projects, that make a positive work environment to transform our business- What you'll do- Responsible for monitoring Tier-2 cases, resolving employee inquiries, opening and resolving most tickets within 24-48hrs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and other stakeholders on People policies and/or processes using People Operations procedures, policies, knowledge management system and other reference materials.
- Provides accurate documentation and clear communication in responding to a wide range of HR practices and processes, such as benefits, hiring processes, employment verification and terminations, on a timely and accurate basis.- Audit new hire letters and validate new hire documentation
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of our HRIS software (Workday) including but not limited to events like hiring, termination, medical and other leaves, transfers, or job changes.
- Be able to generate and analyze reports from various HR systems.
- Responsible for coordinating the “Orientation” session for new hires across the APJ region.
- Maintain employee files if needed.
- This role requires- 3-5 years of equivalent related People Operations experience
- Experience working in a global shared-service environment is highly preferred.
- Previous work experience in Workday and ticketing systems is required (Zendesk / ServiceNow / Dynamics).
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to lead multiple priorities and maintain a high degree of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience supporting multiple countries.
- Must handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bonus points if you have- SHRM, PHR, or other HR certifications.
- Strong proficiency using G-Suite (including Google Slides, Google Sheets, advanced excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with, JIRA or Asana.
