**Job Description**:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Coach teams on process improvements and best practise in area of expertise
- Promote a culture of CI and ensuring all process are documented
- Deliver the people plan for the function
- Support the business to have the right resource in the right place at the right time including recruitment creating and managing talent pools leadership development succession planning building capability and employee engagement
- Lead the delivery of the colleague lifecycle e.g. new starters leavers moves and payroll
- Act as a trusted partner for sensitive or complex People issues
- Lead on the people elements of change programmes
- Use data and metrics to provide People insight to the business to inform judgment and decision making
- Advise on escalated cases from Advisors or the business services team & build capability to enable individuals to self-serve for future cases
- Understand the external commercial environment and be able to identify threats and opportunities
- Provide an independent voice which balances both colleague and business needs

Experience relevant for this job:
Preferred MBA in HR/PM & IR from a good business school. Proven experience in HR (Generalist or experience Business partnering is essential) with good organizations of repute. Exposure to other CoE like OD/ LnD/ Ops/ Total rewards/ recruitment or HR certifications (SHRM/CIPD/ HRCi) would be an added advantage.
