**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute people strategies, policies, and programs to support company goals.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Implement performance management systems to ensure fair evaluations and goal setting.
- Deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Oversee employee onboarding, off-boarding, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage employee benefits administration and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager/People Partner or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Passion for the healthcare industry and interest in contributing to the growth of a health tech startup.
