**About the Role**
As a People Partner, you will shape and support our growth by managing a wide range of HR functions, from daily operations to strategic initiatives. You will partner with leaders and employees, including the Revenue CX team, to maintain a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. This role requires operational expertise, strategic thinking, and employee advocacy. **The role also requires a minimum of 3 days in-office presence, with a shift between 2 pm and 11 pm.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Support and Operations**: Provide day-to-day support for People services, address employee inquiries, manage HR tools/processes, oversee the HRIS, and administer leaves of absence.
- **Compliance and Administration**: Drive compliance, deliver data reports, assess compliance risks, ensure adherence to labor laws, and contribute to the company handbook.
- **Vendor Management and Systems**: Manage vendor relationships, research tools, advocate for company needs, and synchronize HR systems (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse).
- **Talent Management and Development**: Improve onboarding/offboarding (including immigration), gather metrics on retention, promotion, hiring, and diversity.
- **Strategic HR and Culture**: Help build HR/People Ops systems, implement processes, advocate for employees, and address long-term organizational needs.
- **Business Partnership**:
- Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
- Provide compensation and leveling guidance to business unit leaders.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Drive business unit organizational design and talent strategies to achieve business objectives.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
