As the People Business Partner for Fragrances & Fashion Accessories, Finance & Internal Audit, you will be the HR leader responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, and culture transformation across these diverse and exciting business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic People Partnering:
- Collaborate with senior leaders in Fragrances & Fashion Accessories, Finance, and Internal Audit to define and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Offer proactive advice on organizational design, change management, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to meet evolving business needs.
- Work closely with the leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes agility, innovation, and accountability.
Talent Management and Development:
- Identify key talent gaps and work with department heads to create tailored talent development strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to create training and development programs that address both soft and hard skills needed for these business functions.
- Facilitate performance management processes, ensuring that feedback, goal setting, and employee development are ongoing priorities.
Employee Engagement and Well-Being:
- Create and execute employee engagement strategies that resonate with diverse teams across both creative and analytical business areas.
- Develop initiatives that promote work-life balance, well-being, and a positive work environment across Fragrances & Fashion Accessories and Finance/Internal Audit divisions.
- Conduct regular employee listening sessions (surveys, focus groups) and collaborate with leadership to act on insights to improve team morale and retention.
Organizational Culture & Inclusion:
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect our commitment to a diverse workforce in both creative and technical fields.
- Ensure the company’s values and culture are integrated into all HR practices, ensuring a sense of belonging and inclusivity for all employees.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, grievances, and challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Work closely with internal audit and finance teams to ensure HR policies and practices adhere to financial controls and organizational standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize people analytics and HR metrics to measure the impact of people strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Present HR insights to business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions on workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.

You are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for people development and a keen understanding of business dynamics in both creative and structured environments. You balance creativity with analytical thinking and can flex your approach to meet the unique needs of diverse business units like Fragrances & Fashion Accessories, Finance, and Internal Audit.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a people business partnering or PBP role.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workforce planning, Performance Management, Talent management, Employee relations, and Organizational development principles.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex people challenges with ease.
- Experience working in Sales/Retail/Multi-regional environment.
- Master’s degree in human resources
