**what you will do?**:

- drive and focus on high-performance culture and support the lending leaders on building an organization that lives CRED values every day at work
- strategic partnership with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and continuous improvement initiatives that help achieve high-performing engaged teams.
- anchor discussions with the business to provide insights for enhancing team engagement and people development
- drive inputs and own mechanisms that drive leadership accountability towards building a people-first organization
- influence and drive change through data, identify problem areas and build effective and data-driven solutions
- partner with business and talent team to drive org and talent needs, run mechanisms that include but are not limited to Abby and compensation planning
- work with teams and look at enhancing lifecycle experience for team members and be seen as a go-to person for all facets of talent development
- partner with the people operations team and support a roadmap for people technology and people process automation toward providing seamless service delivery and experience for our team members
- 4-7 years of experience in a people-centric role such as business partnering and/or talent management preferably in a start-up environment
- proven ability to understand business needs and translate them into organizational priorities, champion adoption of people mechanisms
- proven track record in managing diverse team pools with evident improvement in culture and organizational behavior through sound people practices and programs
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified asks
- comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and an ambiguous yet creative and collaborative work environment
- have exposure to global best practices in high-talent-density environments is a plus
- are hungry to constantly learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
- have a solid understanding, passion to build/invent and experience delivering HR/People technology programs and roadmaps
