**What You'll Do**:
We are looking for a dynamic People Business Partner who is a quick learner, has an eye for detail and is passionate about driving initiatives of strategic importance.

**You Will**:

- Partner with businesses to understand the current org structure, business challenges and work towards solutions
- Partner with the businesses to assess the pulse of employees, suggest and assist in maintaining a healthy working environment
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Driving key assignments under employee engagement like employee satisfaction surveys, knowledge forums etc.
- Partner in campus engagement activities and connects. Can further participate in top B School and Engineering College hiring
- Build on internal and external employer branding program. Be a part of the taskforce leading this initiative
- Can own projects on competency mapping, job levelling, compensation benchmarking (based on interest and capacity)
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and legal compliance on / of all employee information as necessary

**About You**:

- 5 to 9 years’ experience in the areas of HR or engagement initiatives of strategic importance
- Post graduate degree in HR preferably from a premiere college
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround
- Collaborative, proactive with positive attitude
- Operate mostly independently on day-to-day routine with supervision support as required on new / complex or multi-dimensional / high-impact issue
